These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Subscriber" or "User") and Limitls AI ("Company", "we", "us"), the operator of Vigil, a geopolitical risk intelligence platform accessible at vigil-intel.com. By creating an account or accessing the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
Vigil is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that aggregates publicly available geopolitical news, data, and signals, and applies artificial intelligence to generate risk scores, event summaries, and intelligence briefs ("Platform Output").
The Platform covers geopolitical, macroeconomic, security, and regulatory risk dimensions primarily across MENA and GCC geographies. Coverage may be extended or reduced at our discretion.
The Platform is available under a Basic tier and paid subscription tiers (Pro and Elite). Paid tiers unlock higher brief generation limits, additional watchlist capacity, and priority processing. Certain briefs on paid tiers are reviewed and revised by our Sentinel AI layer, which applies a secondary Vigil AI Engine pass to validate scores and improve narrative accuracy.

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis in AED (UAE Dirham) via our payment processor. Prices are as displayed on the pricing page at the time of subscription. We reserve the right to adjust pricing with 30 days' notice.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You may cancel at any time via the Customer Portal; your access remains active until the end of the current paid period. No refunds are provided for partial billing cycles.
Brief generation is subject to tier limits (see pricing page). Basic accounts are entitled to one lifetime sample brief with no renewal. Paid tier limits reset at the end of each billing cycle. Unused briefs do not roll over. Watchlist alert delivery is subject to your subscription tier; alert emails are sent via our transactional email provider and subject to delivery conditions outside our control.
The Vigil platform, including its software, interface design, Vigil AI Engine, risk scoring methodology, and brand, is the exclusive intellectual property of Limitls AI. Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of platform technology.
Platform Output (briefs, risk scores, summaries) is licensed to you for internal use only. You retain ownership of any data or context you explicitly provide to the platform (watchlists, user context fields).
AI-generated content is not independently verified by human analysts unless explicitly stated. Platform Output may not be attributed to Vigil or Limitls AI in public-facing publications without prior written consent.
Vigil aggregates information from third-party public sources including news feeds, GDELT, NewsAPI, regional and international news publishers, and open government data. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but do not guarantee the completeness, timeliness, or correctness of any information. Third-party source terms apply to their respective content.
Vigil provides intelligence, not advice. All Platform Output, including risk scores, briefs, event summaries, and recommendations, is provided for informational purposes only. It does not constitute financial advice, investment advice, legal advice, or any other form of professional advisory service.
All decisions made on the basis of Platform Output are the sole responsibility of the Subscriber. The Company expressly disclaims any liability for losses, damages, or consequences arising from reliance on Platform Output.
AI-generated output may contain errors, omissions, or hallucinations. All AI outputs should be independently verified before being used in any decision-making context. The Vigil AI Engine is not infallible and does not replace expert human judgment.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company and its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:
In no event shall the Company's total liability to you exceed the amount paid by you to the Company in the 3 months preceding the claim.
We aim to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform with reasonable notice where practicable. We may update these Terms at any time; continued use of the platform after notice of changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM), Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the ADGM Courts. Nothing prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief in any competent court.
